* Business Development Role
- Provide technical leadership in sourcing and screening of potential projects, in collaboration with internal departments, and with external parties.
- Set up team for due diligence process consisting of both internal resource and external support from Group.
- Focal point for communications and requests to facilitate active participation of the team.
- Lead, and provide direction and guidance in the screening of projects to ensure alignment with corporate direction and goals.
- Plan, manage and formulate strategy in all aspects of projects (potentially multiple processes in parallel)
- Lead feasibility studyincluding financial model, bidding proposal, and negotiation process in M&A and green field projects.
- Review, evaluate and comment on the deliverables and reports from external advisors to ensure the objectives and scope of works are met.
- Formulate integration/transition strategies for projects in execution phase.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal team, external advisors and work, in alignment with BGs/subsidiaries.
