Job Description
- Invoice Processing
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and comply with company policies and customer contracts.
- Collections, overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers.
- Payment Processing: Record and apply customer payments to appropriate accounts.
- Ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Assist in month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Other tasks assigned
