Job Description
- This position is in charge of sales for company in abroad (Indonesia, Japan, United states, Europe etc.)
- Initiating key account management and sales strategies to maintain and increase sales volume in the international markets.
- Being responsible for sales targets.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and merchandisers.
- Monitoring client orders and product specifications and overseeing team cooperation with internal departments such as Planning, Production, Merchandise others.
- Ensuring that the client orders and product specifications are correct and delivered on time.
- Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems.
- Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest
- Planning all logistics procedure.
- Handling export documents such as Invoice, packing list, CO Form A, E, D, B/L, LC with ship liner, freight forwarder, customs, and FDA till cooperate with transport team to deliver the product to warehouse/ port / customer by truck/trailer.
- Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier.
- Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement.
- Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, tax, shipping expense, liner, freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense.
- Recheck all export documents (Invoice, packing list C/O Form A, D, E, BL, LC or other)
- Communication directly to customers about export documents.
- Apply for Tax refund.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

1. Requirement - Thai nationality Male, Female 25-30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - 2+ years of Export sales representative experience - 1-2 years’ experience in Import/Export or related in logistic field - Good knowledge in import and export process and document - Knowledge of invoice and shipment process - Good command of English (written and spoken) - Computer skills: word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office - Having knowledge or sale experience in Textile Preferable Skill / Experience - Good negotiation and communication skill - Good analytical, problem-solving skill - Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively 2.
