- Plan, set goals, and establish performance standards for the sales department of the electric vehicle showroom
- Manage and support the car sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and meet sales targets
- Analyze data, determine sales direction, and ensure sales targets are met
- Manage, build relationships, and take care of customers

Requirement • Gender: Male,Female • Age: above 30 years • Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field • Experiences: Sales management or sales executive in Automotive field. • Extra Experiences : Skills related to the automotive industry, proficiency in automotive components, or EV vehicles (will be advantage) • Extra Experiences : 5 years of management experiences (will be advantage) • Leadership ability in sales, capable of leading a team to achieve sales targets, and excellent staff management skills • Good English language skills will be specially considered Experience in HR and accounting departments 2.
