Job Description
1.Get order from customer and update the schedule
2. Be responsible for Inventory Control and in charge of both domestic and international
3. Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting overseas brunch and supplier
4. Prepare PO and issue invoice
5. Request shipment to supplier or warehouse (Ocean, Air, Truck)
6. Check the documents related to Export customs clearance or Export entry
7. Report weekly/monthly to report line
8. Other tasks assigned by Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement - Any gender, 28 - 30 years - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration of related field - At least 2 years' experience of customer service of Inventory control in trading or manufacturing company (Experience in trading company and automobile company is advantage) - At least 2 years' experience of managing import/export documents and processes (Experience in Export entry in advantage) - Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 750) - Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/PivotTable/XLOOKUP) - Working experience in Japanese company - Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company - Working experience in Japanese trading company 2. Location: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
