- Plan how to improve Sales, cost, and Expense and manage SHOP PL.
- Improve operation efficiency and work environment
- Be the center of communication with team, customer, and head office.
- Supervise, and motivate shop teams for better customer service.
- Set SOP and monitor together with head quarter.
- Make daily, weekly, and monthly report.
- Inventory control and monthly report.
