1. Talent recruitment: invitation, reception and interview of applicants, handling of employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, signing, renewing and managing employee labor contracts;
2. Employee Relations Management: Responsible for establishing and managing employee files within the company, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth dissemination of information;
3. Leave and Attendance Management: Implement the company's attendance system, be responsible for the daily attendance of employees, arrange and register employee leave, compensatory leave, and work outside, and calculate attendance and performance at the end of each work month;
4. Salary and benefits: Manage the salary process according to the system and assist in completing the employee salary and benefits work;

1. Male or female, age range 22-30 years old; 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; 3. At least one year of proven work experience in recruiting personnel (internal recruitment personnel or personnel agency recruitment personnel); 4. Possess solid abilities in various types of interviews; 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and independent work ability; 6. Strong decision-making ability and good English proficiency; 7. Proficient in using computers, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoin 8. Able to withstand significant work pressure.
