1. Administrative support: Responsible for daily maintenance of the company environment, procurement, storage, and registration of office supplies, office equipment, and daily necessities;
2. Preparation and organization of meetings, assistance in receiving visiting clients, etc;
3. Assist in planning team building activities, organizing meetings, including itinerary, transportation, on-site and personnel arrangements, etc;
4. Responsible for distributing company documents and notices, keeping distribution records, and preserving them;
6. Coordinate internal and external organizations;
5. Complete data entry into the customer management system;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related majors; 2. Has personality, is good at interpersonal communication, and is willing to help others; 3. Creative and enjoy solving problems; 4. Possess good English or Chinese speaking, reading, and writing skills; 5. Have computer knowledge of Word/Excel and PowerPoint programs.
