Job Description
ㆍ Daily trouble shooting ic.
ㆍ MGLT operating system i.e. logistics/ insurance/WMS DMS/accounting
ㆍ Network problem i.e Extemal website, LAN Wifi connection, Warehouse connection
ㆍ Prepare and create permission for access the server system.
ㆍ Lead monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement
ㆍ Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects
